In this talk, we study Yau conjecture on the sharp dimension estimate and asymptotic behavior of dimension of space of basic harmonic functions with polynomial growth in a complete noncompact Sasakian manifold of nonnegative transverse Ricci curvature and the CR maximal volume growth property.
